EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We exchange/return within 14 days of the date of sale, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Claims for the quantity, appearance of goods, quality of products, as well as for return, you can present to the courier at the time of receipt of the order. Products of inadequate quality will be replaced for you.
To make a refund directly in the store, you must carry a passport and a check issued at the sale. If the payment was made in cash, the money for the goods is issued on the same day. If the payment was made on a non-cash basis, we will refund you the money on your bank card. Please note that the cost of paid delivery/other additional services is not refunded.
For the regions of Russia, the return is made by any courier service of your choice. The cost of shipping the goods is not reimbursed. The refund is made after the goods arrive at our warehouse.
